What to include
A short message is enough to start. These details help us reply with something useful:
- The address of the website or staging site, if there is one.
- The launch date, or the date of the update you want tested.
- The forms and flows that matter most, such as enquiries, bookings, sign-ups or a checkout.
- Who your visitors are and, if you have analytics, the browsers and devices they use.
- Anything we should not touch, such as live payments.
Please do not send passwords, card details or personal data about your customers through the form. If testing needs access to a staging site or a test account, we arrange that separately once scope is agreed.

What happens next
We read your message and reply by email, saying whether and how we could help and asking anything we need to know. If you then want to go ahead, a written scope and a fixed quote follow. Nothing is booked until you accept the quote. The pricing page explains the day rate and starting points, and the process page explains each stage.
